Just steps from Werri Beach, The View draws inspiration from Gerringong’s coastal charm, making it a true reflection of its surroundings. However, this is not your typical coastal beach shack, this home has a refined coastal vibe, with clean lines and a minimal and contemporary atmosphere at its core. With an inherent connection to its natural surroundings, The View offers an abundance of natural materials, such as the striking Taj Mahal Quartzite kitchen island bench of dreams. This, along with the fluted timber panelling, offers a tonal layered look with rich textures.
Whilst some might think that a neutral palette is predictable, Tameka Moffat’s ability to use contrast, layers and textures truly brings this neutral palette to life and to another level. Tameka also combined this with bold geometry, such as through the raked ceiling – an impressive architectural feature that always has us swooning!

We adore the seamless connection of the inside to the outside. Not only does the dining room overlook the see through statement plunge pool, but just a few steps away from the living room is the sophisticated outdoor entertaining area – perfect for endless chats with a refreshing cocktail in hand. Every detail is perfectly considered, to create a serene experience for guests at The View.
This feeling also extends to the bathrooms, which have a ‘home away from home’ and ‘spa-like’ feeling. With clever natural light sources, and sculptural and textural moments, it’s a bathroom that would be a pleasure to spend hours getting ready in.
