Growing up I was surrounded by the beauty of design. My parents owned a drapery and flooring company and I would often accompany them on their appointments. My mother taught me how to sew, making both clothing and curtains. I learned about textiles, their versatility and many uses. With my father, I assisted in hardwood flooring installations, window coverings and working with clients. I have renovated several homes, both interior and exterior. After 28 years in retail management, most recently home decor, I decided to enrol in the Interior Design Institute and will complete my diploma in May of 2019. My focus will be on home staging and interior design. I have a passion for refurbished items, organizing and creating a home of items you love.
