Having recently been renovated, this coastal property is the perfect Australian travel destination. Located in the coveted suburb of Noosa, as the name suggests, Noa by The Beach is only a short walk to the beach and national park and a short distance from a selection of cafes, restaurants, and shops. Whether you’re looking for a romantic getaway or fancy more of a larger group, the property is perfect for almost any occasion. The property has many features to swoon over. These include the capacity to sleep up to 12 people across six bedrooms, spacious living areas and four bathrooms. That’s not to mention the fully covered outdoor area, outdoor kitchen and BBQ, outdoor pool, shower, and backyard trampoline (when can we check in please). Noa by The Beach is the ultimate coastal accommodation if you’re seeking your private slice of paradise.

The coastal property has very much of a family vibe. The owners of the property are based in Singapore and the whole reason they created this home was so their family had a place to gather and spend time together while they were in Australia. Given the current climate, they have since decided to open the home up more broadly and rent it full-time out for other families and groups of friends to enjoy together. The property owner explains, "We both felt we wanted an anchor for our kids to build a stronger connection with Australia and somewhere they could call home – that's why we designed so many features of the property with our three young children and our extended family in mind." This sense of family definitely follows through in the details and design of the home. Not just feeling like your standard holiday house, Noa by The Beach offers more of a boutique and intimate holiday accommodation.

The interior mimics its calming surrounds, with the home consisting of mostly natural elements and a soothing monochrome palette. The combination of the concrete floors, timber staircase and crisp white walls allow the luscious green backdrop to be the focal point and create a relaxing and oasis-like atmosphere. Taking the most of it’s tropical climate and lush landscape, the home very much embraces the classic Australian indoor-outdoor style of living. Large windows in every room, a severy window in the kitchen and large sliding doors leading to the balcony really makes you feel as if you are one with nature. And if that didn’t sound heavenly enough, each room is provided with luxurious linen and Leif hair and body products.

"Noosa and the surrounding areas hold a special place in our family as my husband grew up on the Sunshine Coast."

- Property Owner

If you did decide to venture out of the property, the town of Noosa offers much to do. Being the perfect juxtaposition of coastal relaxation meets sophisticated luxury, the town has all sorts of things to do and see. From swimming in the calm waters of the Noosa River, to hitting up the local food and wine bars, there is literally something for everyone. If you don't believe us, the owners have kindly put together a list of things to check out in the area that you can view here. I don’t think we could think of a better place to get away for a little coastal vacation.
